Olive Oil Fundraiser – Don’t miss out on the 2023 Foundation’s Seka Hills Olive Oil, Balsamics & Honey fundraiser – just in time to be gifted for the holidays! We were able to create this custom fundraiser at great pricing due to a personal relationship with Seka Hills. Otherwise, most items are only available at the Seka Hills Tasting Rooms, and you won’t find better pricing. We have been provided with a limited allocation of product, so some are likely to sell-out as they did last year. Order early for best selection. November School Supplies Drive: With sniffle season around the corner, the Foundation is supporting teachers by collecting facial tissue, hand sanitizer, as well as other school-wide needed supplies like whiteboard markers, whiteboard erasers, and snacks for the staff break room. After School ASSETs Program: Parents and guardians: Please complete this district registration form if your student does any after-school stuff – from athletics to clubs to sports to theater and band. If they are around at all after school, it is important for you to fill the form out for your student(s).

Through this ASSETs Program, WCHS receives $250K/year for 5 years if we have enough after school participation. Since the loss of Title I funding this year, this ASSETs Program is critical to our school for continued tutoring, sports, etc.

It should take no more than five minutes. Like the LCFF form families submit every year, this registration is absolutely critical for continued funding.

Per Alex Vang, the new After School Education and Safety Senior Program Manager, the information is compiled to bring all after school activities under one ASSETs umbrella. The amount of students the school/district counts for enrollment directly affects how much resources the district can contribute to West Campus’s amazing programs. Without the ASSETs registration form, they cannot officially record the student as ‘present’ in ASSETs and therefore cannot be given additional resources to serve that student or the activity they are currently participating in.

The Specialty Program Application is now available for families interested in having their rising ninth grader attend West Campus next year.  One factor families may be using as part of their process are reviews on various websites.
