Hello West Campus Families,
This summer, we’re organizing a Summer School Enrichment program alongside chances for credit recovery. Our staff are developing non-credit courses for student enrichment opportunities this summer. Once these options are finalized, we will send out a google form for students to sign up.
Please join us for the Equity Team Community meeting on Monday, April 15, 2024 at 3:45 pm in room 56.
Thank you to everyone who supported Prom either through donations or chaperoning, the students had a great evening!
Career Day – Thank you to our community members for volunteering for the event. We have 34 speakers and 10 career planning booths, and thank you to Councilmember Eric Guerra for providing lunch and Noah’s Bagels for providing breakfast. We are excited for the April 18th event.
AP Proctoring – Ms. Roland is still looking for volunteers to fill the remaining nine exam slots. If you are interested and would like to learn more about proctoring an AP exam, please complete this form, and Ms. Roland will get back to you. Proctor responsibilities include distributing and collecting exam materials, ensuring adherence to testing protocols, and supporting a smooth and fair exam administration for all students. The 2024 AP exams are administered over two weeks in May: May 6–10 and May 13–17.

KAYE Crew is holding their annual showcase including all their performances and hard work! It will take place in the cafeteria on April 19th, 2024 from 5pm-7pm. Show up and support your dancers!

The Counseling Calendar is now on the Foundation website. Click here for a video tutorial on how to add WCHS calendars to your personal Google calendar or follow these steps: 1) Go to https://wc-fe.org/. 2) Scroll all the way down on the home page to the calendar. 3) At the bottom right of the calendar, select the + sign next to where it says “Google Calendar.” (Your Google calendar opens up if you are already signed in.
