Hello West Campus Families,
Congratulations to our students for completing the first semester! We have some fun upcoming events for them to celebrate at.
Movie Night Volunteers: The Class of 2025 is holding Movie Night at school on Friday, February 16th. They need 4 fingerprinted adult chaperones for the event. Please sign up here.
Winter Formal: The Winter Formal is Saturday, February 10, and this year’s theme is Tangled. Students can buy tickets here. Families can sign up here to volunteer and/or donate snacks and beverages. These dances are run by our ASB student dance representatives and help raise money for our students’ activities, so please consider donating or volunteering.
Equity Team Meeting: As a reminder, the Equity Team meeting with families is tomorrow, Monday, January 29, 3:45 – 5:00 PM in room 56.
As a follow-up to an email that was sent several weeks ago, West Campus – along with the rest of the district – is adding in safety measures on campus. As you may have noticed, our front door and back gates are locked during school hours. We expect to have a buzzer system installed by the end of March. These measures are not due to an incident but rather precautionary measures across the district.

The Counseling Calendar is now on the Foundation website. Click here for a video tutorial on how to add WCHS calendars to your personal Google calendar or follow these steps: 1) Go to https://wc-fe.org/. 2) Scroll all the way down on the home page to the calendar. 3) At the bottom right of the calendar, select the + sign next to where it says “Google Calendar.” (Your Google calendar opens up if you are already signed in.
